Just Fallout Problems
When your power armor runs out of power :( and you are left at the mercy of the death claw you fight at the beginging of the game. PS you do have full power but it happened at my first time took too long so it isn't impossible.
When You run out of Caps :( and you need to buy ammo or else a raider will kill you , ps running out of ammo lead to same scenario
Sometimes when you are in a terminal in fallout 4 there is a slight chance that you might get stuck, plus if you didn't save ouch.
When you leave a weapon in your base and then you come back 5 mins later and it gone this has happened to me and my freinds while playing through casualy

And the worst fallout problem is... all the glitches you could trigger. I am talking about a lot, although the duplication glitch could be useful it is a glitch none the less.
